I used one of those on my tongue piercing too. However my piercer recommended me not to, since the smiley is glued into the steel ball. The saliva might dissolve the glue after a while and the smiley will loosen. Just a tip :-) However, I definately understand why U want that smiley ball on your tongue, cause it's really cool.
